- Fixed starting wings with file argument, either double clicking
on wings file on windows or dragging file to wings app on mac.

This is a final release or still on development?

The development release was announced before the official v.2.1 be released. This one is fixing some bugs reported for that one.
As new bugs have been reported maybe we can see a new release before this year ends.
