I found some problem with snap option. It is hard to explain for me so I made a video: CLICK
Go to Absolute Commands -> RMB Snap -> choose points for duplicates - > mark between reference and target -> start scroling (MMB) to increase the numer of duplicates (more, less several times) -> and here you are.
Marcin, i think i didnt understood well the problem.
Take a look at the following video i've recorded. The results are fine. The crucial is to choice the correct references.
Could you try to explain better the problem or to reproduce it using the same geometry i've used (two cubes)?

If so, do you have a way to check it in another PC?
You know what... I tried to repeat the problem several times, but with out the same effect.
So far so good.
I tried it a lot, however in my environment the problem has not occurred. Marcin, how way did you enter the values of Duplication in the Snap RMB dialog?
Keyboard's arrow key? Or mouse wheel scrool?
It would be may be a clue.

I did it with MMB (scrooling).
But I really can`t repeat the problem right now :/
