Hi, I have installed the latest version (2.1.5) of Wings and that seemed to go okay. But when I try to start it I get an error message saying libpng12.so.0 is missing. I found this post http://askubuntu.com/questions/895897/er...png12-so-0 which says that libpng12.so is no longer a part of Ubuntu 16.10, which is what I am running. Does Wings need to be updated to use libpng16.so instead of libpng12.so for the latest version of Ubuntu?
Thanks.
You will then need to compile wings yourself, I'm sorry but I cannot build for every OS (and version) out there. I now have ubuntu 16.04 which will be used in the next build (when it's done).
just download (16.04)xenial's version of the lib and install it.
