In new release.many times i noticed.i cannot (very difficult) rotate an object (by mouse) to an exact degree. Such as 30degrees,20degrees,45degrees,90degrees......etc.
Are you sure there is a bug in rotate? Dodgy

If you want to rotate in a exact value you must to activate the Input dialog during the command - hit TAB key.
Less direct, but also precise, you can use the constraint keys (SHIFT, CTRL and ALT) during the rotation.

Try that and if you still get the 'bug' you need to be more specific about how we could reproduce it or record a video, because I can't get it anyway.
No.I mean in older version (2.0) it is easy to rotate to an exact value such as 20degrees,30degrees,45degrees..etc by using only the mouse.but in latest version sometimes it is difficult.test it with some complex objects.
Sorry for the long time, I just forgot this thread. Blush

How much vertex has that complex object and which processor your PC uses. I noticed something like that using an old PC with i5.

Constraint rotations should be easier than free rotation for these angles you mentioned. Did you tried to use the constraint keys during the rotation command?
