Really I feel it. You took a lot of work in this pull.
Perhaps you want to investigate in other areas. I want to do a list of things for doing, at a level of priority and the possibility of assigning tasks. Really, have work for all.

I have updated the binaries for fixed an error with the EXR image files. Due to a problem with my 'exr' libs for MinGW, the new binaries are builds by MSVC++ 2008.
Also there are new advances in the interface. More options for Background and some changes in the options for image output.

Very nice effort, indeed... having Yafaray's all features fully accessible from within Wings would be great...

And, don't forget the sss shader please... it does not exist even in Blender's related exporter...

The SSS shader is already there and working. Download and Install the special Yafaray SSS build and povmaniac's YafaRay plugin. They are both on my website.

Yes.
Windows x32 (x64 not sure atm)
Ubuntu (x32 and x64)
OSX ( not sure.. maybe x64)

Official version more or less... after Christmas.
Meanwhile there is no an official version, I want to release 'transitional' versions.
