Another nice work, as usual.
Thanks for share.

How much time did it take to make?
Nice.

RE: Project Mars (roscosmos) - Marcin Maćkowiak - 03-01-2016 08:23 AM

I`m just missing Mark Watney ;D

The only thing that I would change is a texture on wheels. Each of them is similar. Maybe add some random by rotating a wheel Smile

Anyway this is just stupid thing, don`t listen to me! Wink
Good job, looks awesome!

Nice looks! I think, here not enough dirth. On photos "curiosity" looks enough dirty. Bump textures will make you pictures more realistic

RE: Project Mars (roscosmos) - Dimitri - 03-01-2016 02:22 PM

Nice work... I do agree with Amfitrione, however, some bumpiness, some dirt and decay, would add very significantly to the whole look of the vehicles...

Cyseal 8 hors it's the answer

Marcin you are right
Therefore, I changed wheels (texture) by hand in GIMP in the final image
(Watney not missing Smile this is ROSCOSMOS project not NASA)

amfitrione you are right too
But the other textures comes a lot of time. It might be better to use GIMP combined with mask render. Maybe try later.

Dimitri, amfitrione: I used normal maps. (See it on the tires)

thanks Dimitri and amfitrione your are right. It looks better now
thanks for your advice
