Shouldnt i have to deal with Timeline to reach that result? Maybe some parameter at there, tracks to edit... I am a complete newbie in zb: it would be very useful if you give me an idea about your workflow to record a movie like that, at which the camera movements (or that is the object orientation) are simultaneous to brush actions!

The rotation, pan and zoom is automated.
Here is my test made like 3 or 4 movies with all different and sometimes drastic setting. Have no idea why your video is behaving this way.
