here's an example what I really have on my mind:
scale:
120,5 vs 120.5
It makes difference.
And on my key-numeric-pad I got '.' not ',' thus I thought it should follow this selection. But maybe this is related with regional keyboard setup...

Thanks for the feedback. Maybe it can be really a keyboard layout settings.
Anyway, I just saw that dgud already made a fix to the input dialog that will make the "comma" be interpreted as a "dot".
