Here the report: Hello. I am really enjoying Wings3D lately. I am encountering this little issue to operate with ".wings" files. This is the problem: 1- I use Wings3D normally https://drive.google.com/open?id=1MYuieK...6qiOXU18k_ 2- I save it... https://drive.google.com/open?id=1DLnMY3...J8zUXG4iK3 3- ...in desktop https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Mt2ov0...87a6l0NxZd 4A- I click the "test.wings" extension file Problem - The Wings3D opens a new scene https://drive.google.com/open?id=1KCFTMr..._V4yoMyHyb But if 4B- I open Wings3D https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ZQjG2N...6XezhZHCVg 5- I open the "test.wings" extension file https://drive.google.com/open?id=1qH2jKT...-33J10CwET Everything is working fine. I am not a programmer so I cannot say if the problem is due to Xubuntu or Wings3D. I even tried to install Wings3D on Ubuntu and Kubuntu, but same issue (yes, I installed other O.S. to verify!!!) Can you test the latest version?
That works fine for me on 18.04. Really not interested in fixing 2.1.7 bugs. |

There is a build for Ubuntu available at download link. For other distros, you can use flatpack.
