Here is a link to PC's tutorials. There are a few tutorials but the Mushroom was my favorite... PC's Tutorials.

Wow.. haha, that stuff's still around
 Thx to Fonte Boa for mirroring the site before geocities went under.Giving the shroom tut a quick glance over.. Can't use +/- keys to adjust tweak magnet influence anymore ( Alt+MouseDrag only now  ), but otherwise everything else should still work yes
