Hole material
Hi everyone,
Looking at tutorials and videos I notice that previous versions of Wings seem to have had a _hole material in addition to default material. Some of these videos talk about selecting 'holes'.
Am I correct in thinking that the _hole material is now incorporated in default and that after creating a hole it is no longer possible to select that part of the geometry.

RE: Hole material
Thanks Micheus I will study the advice in that thread. As a Blender user I was used to meshes with holes and not having ventured into importing and exporting was curious to know the difference between Wings 3D 1.5.3 and earlier versions. I was basing the question on this otherwise very useful Youtube video that talks about what now appears to be the "old" material approach to holes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrV_YFnOGzU The video shows what seems to be a very sensible 'use' of a hole.
