If you check the Documentation Project you will notice that the official documentation is very short and under construction (for long time ), but there are some users doing a hard enforce to make some good documentation available.
There are two downloadable documentation - a little out of date - but still very useful:
- wings3d_manual1.6.1.pdf by Jon M. Strother (this an old documentation - from version 0.98.10d - but still very useful - new additions are not present as well the last update to the contextual menu for primitives that now group objects)
- Wings 3D Handbook.pdf by oort (this one is in update process, but available in HTML format - you can generate a pdf version easily if you have a PDF "printer" driver installed)
