[standby] In some language on osx, text baseline problems

I report to check it on Wings3D v2.1
The Typography is easier to read than before version.
Approch the goal at a little more.

• Bullet-point and Underline and Vartical-bar
  

There is a need to modify the baseline of the these characters and style .
In particular, Bullet-point must be placed in the correct position, because it shows the start of each list.
