Fonte, the way to set the hotkeys was changed when the code was migrated to use the new GUI library (wxWidgets).
If you are using the old method, please take a look at the menu Help -> How to set hot keys for the new instructions. Hummm, it seems to be the same issue reported by tkbd for mac.
