I don't know about the link, but all those primitives are still available (as they were since 1.4.1). They are just grouped, use [RMB] in menu option:
- Cylinder -> Cylinder, Tube and Gear;
- Torus -> Smooth, Lumpy and Spiral;
- Various Planes -> Regular, Lumpy, Wavy and Sombrero.

ManifoldLab version of Wings3D it's a independent development maintained by ggaliens. The session ManifoldLab Plug-ins Collection is the best place you get answers about it. But, I can anticipate you he changed the link since that: http://www.manifoldlab.com and the package is no longer a zip file, but an installer you find at his dropbox.
