[Fixed] Most menu-items are disappear when Wings3D lunched on MacOS
Top Menus (File, Edit, View ... ...) may not be displayed when starting Wings3D.
so I don't know how to reproduce it because this problem occurs unexpectedly  But...It is tend to take place occur when Wings is started for the first time since OS launched. Also It seems that it happen when switching to another application and return to Wings. Mac OSX 10.11.6 Wings3D 2.1.5 Edit 2019.1.10: This trouble recurrenced.
