install problem: WX Failed loading "wxe_driver", Ubuntu 18.04

So yeah, The Long Term Support (LTS) version for Ubuntu is now at 20.04.1 and even though 18.04 is still supported, it is not current.

I will download that package though, and extract the .so files from it, to see if that will help me.

UPDATE: Yeah, that works. With those libs, I can run wings3d. (I still see stutters in the UI though, but they are hard to reliably produce, it is an intermittent problem.)
