Regarding Wings being a low poly modeler. As far as I am aware it was never marketed as such. The home page doesn't even state that fact, unless I have completely missed that?
The only reason we regard it as such these days is because it can't match any other program in polygon limits these days. However, 10 years ago it was up there with some of the best. This is actually one area I would truly love to see Wings improve, is its polygon limit / performance. |
