The link you list is an older one. ggaliens has created a dropbox download page... ManifoldLab Dropbox The files are for Windows. Look at the file names of the files to know what is what. Wings-1.5.0 refers to Wings 1.5 release... 2013 is the year... -04-25 is April 25th... ---18-07... is the time of day 6:07pm. Get the newest version listed. wings-x64 refers to 64bit version.
