Instead of using snap image you could also File > Import Image to load the image into the Wings file. Then you can Select the image in the Outliner > RMB > Show. You can then edit the palette gray squares by RMB > Edit > Use the Eyedropper to grab a color from the image you loaded. I think that if you want to create a new palette you would RMB > Clear All. Then edit the gray squares for all the colors you want in your palette. Then RMB > Export to save the palette to a file. Then you can load the palette into new files or share it with other users by RMB > Import. If you know the RGB values needed for the Pantone colors you can enter those numbers instead of using the eyedropper. I found a site that lists RGB values for Pantone colors... Pantone RGB Unfortunately wings RGB values are on a different scale (0 to 1) instead of (0 to 255). I think I have software that will convert the numbers. Let me check... It is OpenRGB...
