I have found that Intel is holding back gl extensions for some reason. If any of you have a link to the working driver sets that are currently working, this would be of great help. I have also noticed that certain games do not play well anymore with the updated driver sets for the 4500mhd. I used to be able to run COD MW2 with fairly decent frame rate, however, not since a certain update, and I cannot remember which one, I do remember that the last working driver set allowed you to manually set the amount of physical ram was set aside for graphics. Now the driver force sets it, and the options do not allow for such a manual change. If you ask me this was done so that they could no longer support this older chipset. By the way, thanks micheus for your time and help in this matter. It is people like you that make Wings3d one of the best softwares available.
