Can not input numbers on the keyboard

this is going to be an issue for you and your set up (French Keyboard). On my laptop, my function keys double as various controls like screen brightness and speaker volume when used with a FN (function) key. There's also a Windows key, Control key, and a Shift key that can have impact. You might need to find a Keymap for your French keyboard layout. Also remember, in Wings3d, to input integer (when moving, rotating, etc) you need to first push the TAB key....
