Cannot download due to admin rights

I am 16 years old and I am trying to switch over from Sketchup (Blender is too hard for me) I want to download Wings3D, but unfortunately my dad put me on a limited account so whenever I want to run certain programs or use any installers it will prompt me with the admin password which I don't know.

Could you guys figure out a way to make this available for people like me? Maybe you can give a download that only installs on one account or give a download that downloads the Zip files of Wings3D. Thanks.
