Seems like you almost had it as well. Re my Absolute Snap attempt, As seen in the video both the bottom and top edge moves, so I assumed (obviously incorrectly) that they moved together in parallel.  I shall have to investigate further. I will play around with the Rot to Targ command also.Furthermore, I dunno why I don't make more videos. lol. I should!
