Point select

While watching a Youtube video, " Wings 3d Point to Point Tracing 2d Images by VscorpianC ", she showed how to left click on a vertex point, hold and drag it to a new position. Also, while she was showing how to do it, down on the Information Bar there was a "LL Point Select".

I'm using the same version, 1.5.3. but I don't have the "LL Point Select", and the only way I can move a vertex point is to select it, and bring up the menu to use 'move'. Am I missing an update, an add on, or does something need to be set in preferences?

She just forgot to tell about she has the Tweak mode enabled.
You can use main menu Tools->Tweak or in the geometry window workspace hold [CTRL] key and hit the [RMB] to gain access to the Tweak pop-up menu, then in the first option you can Enable/Disable it.
