The information line uses "L:" "M:" and "R:" etc. to refer to mouse buttons.

What is the meaning of "LL:"? this appears more than once and usually in addition to "L:".

Typical line that it appears in would be "L: Click Select LL: Paint Select R:Menu [Ctr}+R: Tweak Menu"

Also what is "Paint Select"?

LL means double LMB click.

and it's applied to Tweak mode when you need to select many elements without use the select Tweak operation on the selected element.
That is not necessary if you disabled the Tweak mode.

If you are not using the Tweak windows shown on your work area, you can access its menu by holding CTRL+R (as shown in the Information line)
