Need help reconnecting extracted face ?
For example , I take off lid of box , create something inside the box , now I want to reconnect the lid , the lid has 4 faces .
Basicaly I'm creating a headlight on a car I'm designing , before I can model the main light I have to remove the glass lens on top hence the example above . |

RE: Need help reconnecting extracted face ?
Select one of its face; select the Put On command in the context menu and select the respective face in the destination place.
As the faces are equals and have the same orientation, the object should be placed in the destination without any problem. You probably will set those overlapped/replaced faces as a hole. Won't you?
