yes, I noticed that before. I think it's caused because of the way its position was computed before and now. As you can have notices the current main menu is no longer a "custom drawn" as well as the information line, but is a native OS menu. So, as the layout is position and size dependent, they never will match.

I suggest you to use Preferences Subset to store/restore your settings for the version prior to v2.0. That works fine for me.
But, it doesn't works fine for v2.0 - and in this case, that needs some fix.
