[Fixed] Flickering on information line texts...

There is severe flickering in the bottom tools information line-bar when operating with any tool (extrusion, moving, scaling etc). Select a face, for example, and try to extrude it... during the extrusion you will see it: the texts in the information line are flickering severely. Something that is annoying and distracting of course.

I'm seeing a little bit of this too. Is mouse movement during such drags feeling weird any? Mine seems a bit off compared to old wings, and I'm curious if the issues might be related.

Fixed: Do not update statusbar when the string is the same as the previous one.
