RE: Older Adobe products for free...
I got curious and clicked on the link... Unfortunately they are not meant to be free based on the note at the top of the page...
Quote:Adobe has disabled the activation server for CS2 products, including Acrobat 7, because of a technical issue. These products were released more than seven years ago, do not run on many modern operating systems, and are no longer supported. I don't know why a big company like Adobe with lots and lots of money wouldn't keep the activation server up for people who payed for that software. I guess times are hard for them as well... ![]() oort |

RE: Older Adobe products for free...
Curious indeed... I did read somewhere about their being free and go to the page where they were really downloadable... then, after some time, I did read in some forums that the related page has been left open due to a technical mistake of the company.
The whole incident makes someone think if it is really possible for such a company to make a so serious mistake and leave it stay there for so many days. But, anyway, if the case is so then let the forum moderators here erase my post. |
