[fixed] Wings 2.0.2, Windows7, cant hotkey Tweak Axis Constraints and Tweak Magnets

OK, Micheus: now it is working fine! Either Ctrl+Ins either Ctrl+Del, both to set and delete Tweak Magnets and Tweak Constraints.
The problems ive point here at Post #10 went away!

So, the only issue still remaining is we cant set F1-12 as hotkeys to Tweak Magnets and Constraints.

Micheus, i didnt experienced the Ctrl+Del problem you related in your Post #7. It is working fine here.
Are you sure there is a problem with Ctrl+Del to remove hokkeys?
