RE: Sweep between 2 faces
When I select those two smaller edges from the corner, loop and edge ring does this
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13451287/wcap3.PNG It selects more than just needed ring. |

RE: Sweep between 2 faces
Cyseal, after you cut and connect,
(a) type "E" (to select adjacent edges)(Select|Adjacent|Edges), (b) Select|Deselect Previous Then, go to RMB Circularise. __________________________________ http://www.youtube.com/wings3dchannel http://www.facebook.com/wings3dchannel |

RE: Sweep between 2 faces
I think you need to have more practice testing the loop selection options, because once you understand it you will know what to do to get it right.
![]() Sometimes that can happen and you will need to use other approach like select "minor path" - creating a short edge loop and expand it by using [ALT]+[L]. For this case it should work fine:

RE: Sweep between 2 faces
You dont need to manually select those 2 edges, Micheus: after cut+connect, just expand selection to adjacent edges (typing "E") and, then, deselect previous (Select|Deselect Previous).

RE: Sweep between 2 faces
Yeah, that works to, but it can sound still less logical for who is starting to learn about the selection options.
