Sorry but dropbox is being blocked by many work places. Perhaps that is the issue. Try it from home and it should be OK...

"Manifoldlab.com has expired and is pending renewal or deletion." --> so no download/ info from there.
Dropbox link above worked for me.... Just irritated about the version numbers .... 2.0.1 from 2016 and 2.0.0 from 2017 ...
