Interface selections and colors go black after refreshing image

Bug Interface selections and colors go black after refreshing image
This is what is supposed to look like:


And this is what it ends up looking like:


All I did was hit refresh on an image

Refreshing image will reload it in case it is an external one.

What were you intending to do?
