Adding/Subtracting to a selection group?

I am working on a complex selection that requires building a selection incrementally and the Select|Add (or) Subtract from selection group is missing as well as the list of various groups to choose from. How do I do this?

Go to menu Windows->Manage Selection Groups
you must to find what you need there.

Thanks! Once I got the right-click drill down its really nice bcs it stays on top, and being able to have the outliner in a small window under it makes adding and coloring the group as I go quite sweet - Big WELL DONE
