Can we design 3D signage Through wings 3d?

In short, if you can think it wings can model it. ( I can't but wings can!!)
It can do 3d lettering or flat surfaces with a text texture (surface paint) to read what you like.
Not sure the difference between a Sign and an Environmental sign. If you have a Jpeg or PNG file we can "paint" it on to most any shape.

Without otf support is more difficult. Also the lack of booleans does not help.
