[false+] updated 2.1.5 - no camera motion

I just updated to 2.1.5 - found the fixes post and installed them.
and no camera control - using Wings, 3 button mode.
Middle mouse wheel works - can zoom.
but MMB does not enter camera mode. Can't find a key combo that will work.

Any ideas ?

Backed 2.1.5 out - installed 2.0.1 - uh oh - no camera there either.
I have a vague recollection I had to do something special in the past but can't recall and can't find in forum....

Do you own a "special" kind of mouse?
Was the version 2.0.1 the one you had installed before the upgrade?

I would suggest you to try remove your Preferences.txt file (rename or backup it) and start Wings3D so a clear new one would be created.

Thanks for replying Micheus. Alas renaming or removing made no difference. MMB is still ignored.
When it's down, and I move over an item in the scene, it behaves exactly the same as though I had not pressed it (hilighting etc).

But then I thought - well maybe it is broken. Maybe today is my unlucky day.
and guess what - it is. None of the other apps work with an MMB. The mouse is slightly dead.

So my assumption there's something wrong with my beloved Wings3D reveals my internal unhappy nature. But really I just need a new mouse. Maybe something shiny will make me feel better
