wings 2.1.6 released

KrisBee I have to render the scene once per light now when in scene light mode, better output but worse
performance, but no restriction on the number of lights.
Also a needed step if shadows shall be implemented in the future..

But I thought that was ok, I hoped nobody normally model with scene lights on, just view
the scene with scene lights now and then.
