Scale up my model above by a factor 10, and its smoothing will look perfect. EDIT: I have just had a look into OXO's model. Indeed its smoothing looks fine in the latest W3D release, but if you scale it to ca. 15% of its current size, the problem will show up again ;-) |

Ok reverted the code that introduced this, was added to fix boolean operation on very small triangles.
