Wacom/Tablet support for Wings3D?

Hi!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this.

It works a lot better than before, albeit the same thing happens if you move too quickly with the pen. (This same phenomenon happens with a regular USB mouse, so I assume it is something else entirely causing that)

(This was with a 2018 Wacom Intuous)

Thanks for this fix, it works really good for me. However I have one issue with it.

I assigned a shortcut to Uniform Scale. Half the times the scaling jumps to 0 percent right away when I trigger Scale with the shortcut, like the area of interest becomes a point suddlenly and I have to adjust back to the original scale to put it to the right scale I want. I am wondering if it is related.
