Wings 3D Tutorial: "Boolean" Sphere, Without the Boolean.
Thought I'd share a video tutorial I prepared for Wings. Definitely a beginner tutorial and hopefully it will be of use. The goal is to make it look like cylinders were subtracted from the side of a sphere, with a separate inner sphere. Uses two cubes. Simple process and clean geometry throughout.

Inspiring!
May have cost you hours for the annotations but nice technique. What capture app did you use? greytery |
