I'm on Win7 64bits, screen res 1920x1080, FF 17 and IE9 (everything updated) and I'm not experimenting all these things.
About IE, I can point two things you can see in the video at 0:27 (+ and - icon - unchanging) and at 0:40 (the replay box and user's web button):  anyway, I'm a FF user. That don't bother me.
