Render using POV-ray of the X-15 with Boom Nose and XLR-11 Engines, and the other X-15 is the Ball Nose and XLR-99 Engine.

The models are awesome - as usual, but that render is a little weird. I'm sure POV-Ray can do it better. It's not only because of AA seems to not be used.

Yep I've disabled AA because I'm just seeing what works for scene. So far the camera angle above is my favourite. I'll render the scene with AA.

Sorry for the extremely late reply. I've just been busy recently. I started by looking for good 3 view drawings. Then looked for cross sections drawing to get the shape correct. Then for the final part of the 3D model I used a lot of photos for small objects that didn't appear on drawings.

Here are 3 ISS renders with the Space Shuttle, Soyuz and SpaceX Dragon. the Render system I used is Kerkythea.
