The Move Command
Interactive command

Moves one or more selected vertices in the given direction. Directions that can be given are Normal, Free, X, Y, Z.
The normal for a vertex is calculated as the average of the normals for all faces surrounding the vertex.

The Rotate Command
Interactive command

Rotates two or more vertices. The axis of rotation will be the given axis (X, Y, Z), passing through the center of all selected vertices.

The Scale Command
Interactive command

The Scale command allows you to move vertices towards or away from the common center of all selected vertices. (Two or more vertices must be selected for the Scale command to have any effect.)

You can scale along one or more axes.

The subcommand Uniform scales equally along all axes.

The subcommands X, Y, Z scales along the given axis.

The subcommands Radial X, Radial Y, Radial Z scales along two axes. For instance, Radial Y, scales along the X and Z, meaning that the selected vertices will be scaled along the width and depth axes but not along the height axis

The Extrude Command
Interactive command

Allows you to pull out one or more vertices. The Extrude command first bevels each vertex by creating new faces around it. (Unlike the Bevel command, each original vertex is retained.)

Note: "Winged vertices" - vertices with only two edges - will not be extruded.

The Flatten Command

Moves the selected vertices to the plane perpendicular to one of X, Y, Z. For instance, choosing Y will move all vertices to th X-Z plane.

The Connect Command

Hotkey: C
Creates new edges between the selected vertices.

If more than two vertices are selected for a face, it is not clear how they should be connected. In those cases, the Connect command connect pair of vertices having the shortest distance between each other.

If it is impossible to connect all selected vertices by this method, the Connect command calculates pair of vertices with the minimum distance.

If you don't get the result you want, undo and make sure that only two vertices are selected per face.

The Bevel Command
Interactive command

The Bevel command bevels vertices by converting them to faces. (Similar to the Extrude command, except that the original vertices are deleted.) You can interactively size the newly created faces.

The selection mode is changed to face selection mode, and the newly created faces are selected, allowing you apply further commands on the faces. (For instance Inset and/or Extrude, perhaps followed by Collapse.)

The Collapse Command

The Collapse command deletes the selected vertices. Vertices having only two edges ("winged vertices") simply disappear. Vertices with three or more edges are replaced by a face.

The Magnet Command
Interactive command

The Deform Command
Interactive command

Deform > Crumple randomly moves the selected vertices. You can interactively vary how much the vertices are allowed to move.

Deform > Inflates allows you to interactively inflate the selected vertices. The selected vertices are moved outward to the smallest circle that enclose the all selected vertices; the center of the circle is the average position of all selected vertices.

Deform > Taper > Y

Deform > Twist > Y
