Am intending to do a Swahili translation of Wings 3D for the East and Central Africa Market and anyone who understand the language to make it easy for the young generation of interested artist to have access to a professional modeling tool yet free of charge.

I agree that your idea is useful. But I think we should first focus on those languages that are used in most countries of the world after English such as Spanish, German, French etc.
