Not exactly. Frankly I was referring to breaking from anything called Erlang, but keeping its merits in mind. If you have any further ideas about this, let's move this into PM so that we don't go too off topic in this thread. :]

TY, okay - sure! Smile
Go ahead and buy those "New" tools!! I'll take my Wings3D over all of them anyday!! ... admittedly there are some areas where it could be improved ... but not anywhere close to what you posted!! ....
First ... 64-bit (which I'm already running) needs to get out of the tester stage! ... also the Renderer, I'd like someday to see and be able to use my Normal Maps in the viewport. And finaly, some sort of Multi-Res function (similar to quick-smoothed preview), but with the ability to go more than one level, and edit during preview and keep the changes in the first level.

As far as Sculptris ... and most of these guy know, I've been using Wings3d and Sculptris together for a while now .... the two are perfect together, each has just what the other needs .... try these vids ....

Go Haskell.

Isn't the use of OpenCL proxy level useful for that?
Wings has this? OpenCL accelerated quick-smoothed preview?

Go to Preferences->Misc and check OpenCL proxy level.
If your graphic card supports OpenCL you must be able to set a value.
