Numeric entry for Body/Duplicate/Free is broken - ekolis - 10-09-2013 The value entered for the Z-displacement is treated as a Y-displacement. RE: Numeric entry for Body/Duplicate/Free is broken - micheus - 10-09-2013 Thanks for report it ekolis. But, what I experienced was the object moving along the "view" axis instead of default axis. If you pay attention the object moving in the z axis is coming to and far from your screen. (wings3d_1.5.pre1.74.g2aee/wings3d_1.5.pre1.78.gdd6c) I think that it's the correct behaviour since that is what you can do using the mouse. RE: Numeric entry for Body/Duplicate/Free is broken - optigon - 10-14-2013 Micheus is right, the movement for this tool is screen relative. For numeric xyz moves, you can use absolute commands. RE: Numeric entry for Body/Duplicate/Free is broken - ekolis - 10-16-2013 Oh, thanks! Is there a "duplicate absolute" command or do I have to duplicate the object in place, then move it? Then, before you press the RMB you can press the [TAB] key to enter the placement from origin. |
