I'm posting this thread here just to share useful info about topology and its use in 3d modelling, specially organic one.

Most of the links posted in Wings3D Community (under "Art of Subdivision Modeling") are offline, the reason of present thread is to report the links that are online.
So here we go.

(An article on the fundamentals of subdivision modeling by Glen Southern)

http://www.youtube.com/user/GuerrillaCG/videos
(GuerrillaCG offers high quality videos covering many aspects of 3d modeling)

(Adding Detail To Subdivision Surface Models)

http://silo3d.com/wiki/index.php?title=C..._Tony_Jung
(Character Modeling by Tony Jung)

http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthre...-and-Loops
(Classical poles and loops text from SomeArtist, originally posted in subdivisionmodeling.com forum, now off line, RIP)

(my original thread in old Wings ODF, pointing to some videos from wings3d youtube channel, which ones treat about topology)

I thank in advanced for any help to add additional info and links here.

EDIT: Thanks for stick this thread, administrators.
