Any way to antialias fonts used ?

I just installed uptodata NVIDIA drivers and
now all my fonts look so fine as if drawn with
spider web.

Super thin.

I prefer some bulk for my font impressions.

There is no bold font in the set its there ?

Are you sure that anti-aliasing is the way to go? Sounds to me you just need bigger fonts and a way to make them bold...
