Well, it is a little issue, but a little bit disconcerting.
When you change the language in the preference menu the menu line and the menu items stay in the old language, but all the pop up windows menus are in the new language.
When you exit and restart Wings 3D, the menu line and the menu items come whit the new language as the pop up windows menus. Then,all is correct.
Tested with W7 64 bits and Wings 3D 2.0.1 64 bits and with all proposed languages.
